This course explores reflexology as a sacred extension of ancient Kemetic and Nubian temple healing rituals. Students will learn how the feet and hands mirror the entire body, how pressure points correspond to energetic centers (arushaats), and how breath and sound amplify healing. The course culminates in the creation of a personalized Kemetic Reflexology chart.
