HPOC University’s bachelor’s degree programs explore holistic health, metaphysical science, spiritual traditions, and community-centered approaches to well-being. Each pathway brings a distinct focus to our mission of culturally rooted education.

Bachelor’s students should plan to spend approximately 4–6 hours each week on coursework. Programs are designed for students to take one class at a time, completing each class in approximately one month. Each degree contains nine classes, for an expected nine-month course sequence. Develop a foundation in transpersonal approaches to emotional and spiritual well-being. Students explore consciousness, contemplative practices, trauma and grief, and ethical ways to support personal growth while recognizing the boundaries of their training.
