This four-week course is designed for individuals interested in exploring holistic psychology with a specific focus on the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community. Holistic psychology recognizes the whole person, integrating emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health. This course will delve into traditional psychological theories while incorporating holistic practices such as mindfulness, cultural spirituality, and community healing that are particularly resonant within BIPOC cultures. Participants will learn not only to nurture their own well-being but also to understand the unique psychological needs and strengths of diverse communities.
